Most of the modern chess rules has been adopted in 16th century. The most successful and the was most important plyer at 16th century was Ruy Lopez . He wrote a thesis on the game chess. Chess has a history , as mentioned but it also has some rules . At first chess board is placed in between the two opponents in such a manner that each of them must start the game with a white piece . Each player starts the game with 16 pieces ; 8 paws , 2 rooks , 2 knights , 2 bishops , a queen and a king . Each player most move one piece at a time. So infact , the the game is played by a stragety of moves. The player with the white pieces always moves first. Therefore, players generally decide who will get to be white by chance or luck such as flipping a coin or having one player guess the color of the hidden pawn in the other players hand. White then makes a move, followed by black, then white again, then black and so on until the end of the game. Each of the 6 different kinds of pieces moves differently. Pieces cannot move through other pieces and can never move onto a square with one of their own pieces. However, they can be moved to take the place of an opponents piece which is then captured. Pieces are generally moved into positions where they can capture other pieces defend their own pieces in case of capture. As I mentioned there are 8 different pieces , members of chess . The firs one is king and it is the most important piece of the game , The other one is queen and it is the most powerful piece of the chess , the other piece is the rooks , they are particularly powerful pieces when they are protecting each other and working together . The bishops Bishops work well together because they cover up each other’s weaknesses. The other is the knight, Knights move in a very different way from the other pieces . Moreover the pawns arw the other important pieces of the game , Pawns are unusual because they move and capture in different ways . There is so many important rules in chess . To give and example there is a rule called castling . This move allows you to do two important things all in one move: get your king to safety and get your rook out of the corner and into the game. But it has conditions . As I stated before, the purpose of the game is to checkmate the opponent’s king. This happens when the king is put into check and cannot get out of check. There are only three ways a king can get out of check: move out of the way), block the check with another piece, or capture the piece threatening the king. If a king cannot escape checkmate then the game is over. Like most of the skill games there can be arestriction in time while playing chess . Most tournaments use timers to regulate the time spent on each game, not on each move. Each player gets the same amount of time to use for their entire game and can decide how to spend that time. All in all , as I stated chess has lots of rules and a big deep history of so many successful player throughout the world . One of the successful player of chess is T. Patrosian . He has a brilliant talent in 1960’ . He first of all became the 9-th World Champion in the history of chess in Moscow in 1963 . To sum up , chess the quote of this brilliant talent in chess in actually fits to chess Chess is a play as to its form, an art as to its essence, and as to its difficulty to master its a science.
